Scales of Success

The Scales of Success Podcast was conceived of in 2022, in the throes of a post-covid, inflationary, politically divided, and economically turbulent world.  It also coincided with the time leading into and following the birth of my son.  Over the next 2 years, my priority became improving my batting average on improvement.  I started reengaging with the world as a student – not to learn more, rather – learning how to learn better.  Through the lens of being a first-time father, I viewed teaching how I solved the problem as important as solving the problem itself.  This required a new level of mastery. This applied in equal gravity to my professional life.  So I began seeking perspective from those who’ve navigated these waters and continue returning to parlay their success even further.  I started and continue to record these conversations, sharing them on a weekly basis, with the hopes that you may also find value in the lessons, anecdotes, and inspiration that are shared.
